Bruges, Belgium

Photo Information
A back street in Bruges, Belgium
Sadly it was a dull overcast day when I visited, so this is a composite photo with the sky added and HDR effect to brighten it up.

Dare I say that I think it would have been better with a duller sky, there is enough interest in the buildings, which are beautifully rendered, and that blue distracts the eye away. Also, you would expect to see much more highlight and shade under such a bright sky so the flat lighting now looks a bit odd.

It certainly works but I'd like to see the original! Thinks: why do Brits call Brugge Bruges!
