Cheers Giulio. The other one is more of a'show of' for the K1. Insane detail all the way to the horizon

I like the composition - the way the trees descend and frame the buildings while balancing the bright horizontals in the sky
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

That sky could so easily have burned out but everything is nicely balanced!

Since I love shooting at the sun, I discovered, that you can push the highlights very far according to the in camera histogram, much more so then in the K3II; in comparison to the Lightroom histogram it's very 'conservative' - consistently so. And so I keep on pushing, and pushing

You got those lovely beams in stark contrast to the grim looking foreground, speaks of the British winter!
