Devoke Water

Photo Information
Another one from today's walk. The boathouse is semi-derelict, i.e. the waterside bit is usable by the local fishing club.

A perfect landscape which satisfies on every level. Where is this place (I et it's a long way north)?
Best wishes,

Andrew

Devoke Water is in the Western Lakes and I rarely see another walker here although some popular walks are nearby. It is just off the Birker fell Road that runs between Broughton and Eskdale. I does take a good hour to reach here from the M6 however.

I agree, its a very satisfying image, presumably a long way north for Andrew if its in Cumbria, but
a neighbouring county for me.
