I like this strong face. I don't like trousers of the man on the left. Crop the file and give a vertical motion to the old face. IMHO it's better.Sorry for my comment.

What a wonderful face. The things she must have seen...

Select the background, use blur then crop square. In my humble opinion this will improve it no end.

She looks very weary, great shot of this old lady, i would crop out the trousers too.
