Mid Cheshire in February

by 1stEverPentax

View in the Cotebrook/Tarporley area of Mid Cheshire earlier today.

Clouds added an extra bit of interest and shading.

I'm surprised to find no comments here. It's an eyecatching stark scene that captures winter very well.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Nice shot , Really sums up the Wintery but promises of Spring feel - I'd have been tempted to add a small amount of vignette to darken the mood a little more

Thanks for your comments guys.

I did take a short while to decide on the exact 'feel' of the image I wanted...in the end tweaked the 'feel' slightly to the warm rather than the bleak...could have gone either way!

Love this sort of shot with an array of silhouette trees and good sky.
