Chateau Grand Barrail

by pauljay

As my original shot seems to have deleted itself from my portfolio I find myself having the opportunity to post an updated version, slightly edited by daughter Shari.
The chateau is located close to the town of St. Emilion and is a constituent part of a winery complex and which has been converted into a very tasteful hotel. Photo from 2004.

Top class shot, Paul. You ought to be able to sell a shot like this to a stock agency, or something. It's perfect in every way. (Note to myself: take more nice pictures like Paul does!)

Well done.

Andrew

You've made my face go a little red Andrew!
Thank you.

I can see what Andrew means, it really is almost perfect. So much so that it looks a bit like one of the computer-generated drawings that architects use to show off a new housing development

One criticism, not too noticeable though, is that the spire is touching the edge of the frame. Still very nice though!
