Intrusive or not, at least he is not really identifiable and you have added your excellent trademark treatment to this - nice one!

Poignant photo of human emotion. Begs many an answer to questions of why he is there and why for so long. Wonderful visually silent documentary of real life in the here and now. Befitting processing...presented with discretion.
