I love how you composed this poignant subject by making 'the scenic country view the focal point and in how you shrouded the graves in shadow. The shadowing adds a respectful touch of privacy.

Great metaphors here of death and life represented in the dark and light contrasts i.e.the dimly lit sod and dirt juxtaposed with the lively and radiant vista.

I also like the center compo alignment with it's parting of grounded trees and rarified clouds above.

The vantage point is provided for you - straight opposite the gate. I was wondering if the tree planting was deliberate, it's so perfect.
The clouds were very co operative too
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
