An amazing structure which looks so well against the blue skies.

A noble pile. Lichfield is on my list: one of the few English cathedrals I've not visited. I'd like to see Norwich, too. And Beverley Minster.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Lichfield is a "must" Andrew. The interior is pretty good too - like this image
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Religion is becoming rather expensive in the UK! On recent visits to Wells and Salisbury cathedrals I was quite shocked by the obligatory "contribution". I would always contribute anyway but I feel that the amount should be down to my conscience! I hope Lichfield has a more reasonable approach. Nice shot by the way!
