Levens Hall Gardens (2)

Photo Information
The topiary garden is one of the specialities of Levens Hall. It is said to be the oldest topiary garden in Europe, still maintaining the original layout from around 1700.

This view, taken early June this year, is from inside a large hedge circle looking out through one of the 'doorways'.
I did not crop this down as I wanted to show the impressively large hedge (this was all I could get in at 18mm) whilst still giving the 'teaser' view through to the fountain and the parkland beyond.

Love the composition Peter, but the greens look a little aggressive to me on this shot?

Not sure if the green / yellow saturation has been increased but I would step it back a little. Hope you don't mind me saying this.

Regards
David

Edit: Hi Peter, not sure if I'm right in what I said above, I've just had a look on a better monitor and the greens look OK. I was looking on my work laptop before, which seems to be over-egging green tones

Many thanks for all the comments.

Yes David, I did tweak the greens (and the blues) as it was a dull day.

Thanks again
Peter
