I hope that's my slice, wrapped and on it's way in the post. I've been vegetarian for 40 years so perfect mix hey ?? Just finished a late shift and had a Welsh Easter Cake slice of almost Christmas spice variety this afternoon. So feeling a little heavy inside at the moment though.

I like eggs and animal fat and was about to protest their exclusion when I realized that it didn't matter:

It was lighter than cakes made with eggs or fats and tasted just as good, its a new recipe I am trying out, all gone now Thank you so much Gray hope that work hasnt been to stressful for you

chocolate, chocolate and ummmm more chocolate and nothing was injured whilst I was making it !
