Between the lines

Dungeness, Kent a mist dropped down and made a good backdrop for the washing against the Power station pylons.

I find this picture xtemely original. Small, great lines made this compo powerful. You worked it simply by using "thickness" of those "signs". Clothes and wind did the rest. It is possible to touch that wind.....BW perfectly applies to your work and 300 mm focal lenght "squeezed" DOP so to inform us about different planes otherwise not recognizable using a wide lens.
Less is More and this saying completes your pic because you managed a few elements only to get an effective visual impact. All we do need to read your image is in front of us...All the rest is useless "air".
LIKEd is a must but for all above I must underline that this picture well deserves POTW....using "nothing else than a few items"you have been able to change a dull scenery into a PICTURE without hard photoshopping or using other tricks. This picture reminds me of "old and good past times of dark-room"when it was not possible to manipulate film or prints on paper. Pictures had to be right when taken.
