Thanks, Giuilio.

I was really into it by this time...

A loop made of freezer-bag tie, dipped in bubble liquid, held in a clothes peg.

As the soap drained down the loop, the colours appeared & developed.

A reflector, made of kitchen roll, a hole in the middle, fitted over/around the 100 macro.

The flash directed at this obliquely, making a ring-reflector for the flash, back onto the bubble.

All against a black card b/g.

All good clean fun for the kiddies!

I can recommend it for a rainy afternoon!

(Next time, I'll form the wire loop round something, to form a true circle, rather than freehand, as here!)

That's really nice Roger mesmerising isn't it,

I didn't think of having a flat 'bubble' when I tried this I used bubbles.
Be careful of the bubble liquid though, when I tried this the bubble burst and some went onto the lens and it appears to have removed bits of the coating.
You shouldn't have a problem with popping doing it that way though.
