Brume

by morpheus71

Early afterglow, in probably my favourite of the photos I made of the 'valley fog' above the River Dart last weekend. Loved the big fiery sky in juxtaposition to the cool tones of the fog in this photo.

Gorgeous.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

I like the muted tones and the otherwise dramatic sky and mist. Liked.

Thanks for your kind suggestion Pipinmels, but I don't have Pentax Plus membership.

Many thanks Graham, It was rather 'fresh' up there that day! The warm tones of the sky allowed me to imagine that it was somewhat warmer then it really was

Thank you ever so much, I had a hunch that area might be doing something interesting and listened to my muse. It was spellbinding to watch the scene evolve

Thanks very much David for your very generous comments. Off for a photo-walk to the wild and Tolkien-esque Wistman's Wood National Nature Reserve (in Dartmoor) this Saturday, so I hope to make some interesting studies of the gnarled, stunted pendunculate fern festooned oaks. Always a joy to have permission to wander through there (contact Natural England re permission if you ever get the chance to visit).
