Just Leaving Dear!

by bonnipics

I really don't know if this pic should be here but the lenght of time it took me to capture it, and the cramps and stiff old bones undertaken to achive it does justify it. It's not the best pic but I thought it worth sharing wee bit of a change.

Cheers jackitec, as I said it's a wee bit different from the usual bird shot but I thought it might get a responce, I do agree with your title, It took 1000's of shots to get the right one a bit like the 'pingpong' ball advert seen in the magazines for the Casio Exilim EX- FH20 camera, thanks best regards Ron

Same problem as I had with the Grebe Ron, at least you captured the whole bird, I just managed to photograph a backside disappearing under water

Hi Ron,
Rocket propelled is what I would call it, Or is it a Cuckoo clock in disguise
Keep trying you will get it to slow down in the end.

Hi loskeran, at the time I really ran out of patience and more importantly shutter speed at 200 ASA. Hey kidding apart these birds aren't half fast when leaving the box, will try again this year ... watch this space! cheers best regards Ron
