The Drums.

Photo Information
Shari's music school had an open day today and she, along with a friend, sang for the gathered throng accompanying themselves on guitar. This allowed me to wander around and take a few shots with the ISO elevated to 6400. This one was converted to B&W and lots of contrast applied.

Strong composition Paul and an excellent result for ISO6400. I like the heavy contrasts in this image.

It was sharpened prior to uploading Jeff and looks just fine here on my Mac screen. However, I find that I always lose a degree of sharpness during the upload process, or are you saying that more of the shot should be in focus? 9.5 should have covered it.

Thanks Shaun. Gábor has given me a tip on improving sharpness during upload so I'll try that next time.

It looks sharp enough to me Paul and I do like the high contrast very much
