I like it Nezih, the composition is nice. Could you try it using another B&W effects? I think so the usage of the red filter will make it more interesting.

I like the B&W! You don't see it very often in sea/boat photos and I find it works really well! 
I love the bit of reflection from the boat in the water. The little things that make photos great!

Thank you Giulio 57 and Gábor! I have sepia, blue and four B/W converters available. Of the four this seemed to be the best, but sepia also looks good. I also like the coloured originial and I'm going to upload it on ePhotozine.
