I had hoped for a good sunset, but that didn't happen; however loads of these birds were just circling over the pier... A variation on 'flight of fancy' I posted a couple of weeks back. This is 47 shots stacked in ACDSee, using 'Darken' blend mode.

Thanks all for the comments; its great fun. I used crop mode to up the continuous shooting speed before the memory buffer ran out. For processing I reduced the picture dimensions further before stacking as once all the layers are in the programme, you can end up with a 700+ MB image file!! The PC ticks over rather slowly with that! Image then flattened ready for use.
