Out of the doldrums

Photo Information
Some of you were kind enough to comment on my mono version of this little robin. It was perverse to submit a mono image of a creature famous for his colour, so this entry redresses the balance.

I have left in the errant twig that I removed in post processing on the mono version.

Ahhhhh, the color version....much better for me! Colors are so vibrant, it real displays this species markings. And that errant twig is just the right color with highlights and position to both compliment the birds coloration and to point the viewer to him. Beautiful compo and backdrop as well. Thanks for presenting a second round in color. I thoroughly am enjoying it!
Cheers...Donna 😊

I can't choose between them, normally I would go for colour every time for a Robin, but the tones in the mono version work so well, both are superb IMO

Thanks so much for your comments and votes of preference - I still can't make my mind up ...I used to be so decisive
