Spooky?

by davidstorm

I've had a play around with one of yesterday's pictures to try and give it a bit more atmosphere and spookiness.

Hi Nuri, it's great having the K-5 and I love the 16-45 lens. It has mixed reviews but it seems to suit my cameras and my style of shooting. I now have the 16-45 on my K-5 almost all the time and my 55-300 on the K-x. This means I rarely have to change lenses!

The K-5 opens up so many more possibilities for me - especially for pics with a wide dynamic range as it can handle this a lot better than the K-x (K-x is a great camera though and I will not be selling it!).

Thanks for your continued encouragement.

Hi Larry, thanks so much for your comment. I can't explain in fine detail what I did as it would take too long, but basically it was achieved by playing around with conversions between BW / Colour, and adding the results as new layers on the original picture. Once you get used to doing this a few times you learn the effects that different layer properties can achieve. It takes a long time, so I don't do this very often!!!!!
