l am ever drawn to theatrical transient dappled light on the hills. This seemed a most pleasant stage for such ephemeral lighting. Rather a high wind chill at 400m a.s.l. but I was too absorbed to be bothered by the cold breeze until the light burst had faded https://www.philhemsley.co.uk/

The theatrical spot light and the sinuous curve of the beck's valley seemed worthy of a dash down to this spot. It seemed to conatin the essence of what appealed to me about those moors
