Hi Andy, .. thanks
Actually this is a 6 years old take, .. all I remember I'd to severely desaturate red, to boost contrast 100% and to clone out some surrounding impurities, .. unprocessed noises are due to high ISO.

Thanks for the answer - it has come out really well; and the 'old' Kx seems pretty good at high ISO!
