To Bee or Not to Bee

Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 I realize graffiti is more than ubiquitous, but still I thought this one worthy of your attention because it features items ubiquitous in the pages of this gallery: bees and flowers. Besides, I love it for its brilliantly rendered sky. And note the map of south and north America in the eye of the bee. Enjoy!
As Marshall McLuhan explained, when the environment goes from being background to figure (in this instance we are keenly aware of the environment because it is in danger), it is a short step to environment as art form; hence the "movement" worldwide to decorate it with graffiti and murals and large outdoor art installations.
