Interesting subject with lovely colour & textures. The dead weeds on the right side either add to the image or detract from it - it's personal, for me they are too tall & detract.
I like the fact you haven't *quite* centred the gap in the wall but feel you could have framed *slightly* more to the left. You could try a crop on the right up to that dry flower head nearest to the right edge.

Regards, Ian.

Yes I really need to work this subject more, Ian. But I was actually leaning over a wall at the time so had to take wnat I could get!

Really like this shot Andrew, the stone wall at the back of the building adds a sense of solidity to the shot. I personally would not crop this on the left as you would lose the circular effect caused by the bramble runner, it helps draw the eye round the shot.

Nice shot, Andrew. Next time, take a ladder so you can scale the fence and have a peek around inside the barn.
Composition looks good to me.

Blimey Sam,

I related my confrontation with the farmer-owner of the barn in another forum on this site! Step ladder? Mmm only if I can hire a bodyguard!

Thanks for looking and commenting (as ever)
