Nice shot but how high are they? there's nothing to give any sense of perspective or size.
They almost look as if they could be just inches OR a few feet high?
CHEERS Vic.
Born again biker with lots of Pentax bits. Every day I wake up is a good day. I'm so old I don't even buy green bananas.

Hi Vic.
Thanks for the comments.
I deliberately cropped out the fore and backgrounds to avoid distracting the eye from these rocks, but as you say it now loses sense of size.
They are actually quite large - from memory the ones near the middle are around 15 - 20ft high.
(You will have to make a trip up to Northumberland to check them out for yourself ! But it will be worth it, and you might even see that Kestrel ?)

Thanks again
Peter

Hi Peter. Although I live in Kettering now, Northumberland is my county of birth. I am a genuine Geordie. Born in the city of Newcastle in the year 1939. I emigrated to the "SOUTH" in 1969. I used to know the north east coast quite well but apart from calling in to the Tyne on a recent cruise around Britain, (We visited Alnwick Castle) I haven't been up the coast for many years.
CHEERS Vic.
