Very strange. Looks OK when viewed large and in Photoshop. No idea what's wrong with it.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Definitely worth clicking to enlarge. More than a auto portrait, by far. Superb mono. Crisp. Tony

The band at the bottom disappears when enlarged, very odd, a super shot though
Kind regards Maria

Yes, never happened before Maria. Can't explain it.
Best wishes,

Andrew

What went wrong? - one of life's little mysteries - and digital photography has an endless treasure trove of unexplained mysteries as far as I'm concerned.
But its a wonderful shot of this old Austin in a lovely setting. All it needs now is a GWR Pannier to come chuffing past with a push and pull train on that single track.

Strange that! Lovely shot though!
