The makeover of our art gallery is the work of world-famous architect Frank Gehry, a Canadian. This mirrored facade, capturing images of the houses across the street, stretches all across the front of the museum, a distance of perhaps a hundred yards. Excellent angle on this, one of my favourite Frank Gehry buildings, but I don't remember the reflective feature, is that new?

Hi Graham.. That feature is actually a compromise that occurred because the museum did not have the resources to replace the entire front of the building on Dundas street. It is highly reflective glass, and really you have to be there to appreciate how effective it is.
