My first ever live encounter with a Kingfisher

K3 with DA*300 and HD1.4x, the winter sun was pretty harsh today (low in a cloudless sky) up here in wilds of Scotia hence the wee bit of burnout on the feet

The feet are forgiveable for that lovely picture!
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
