That's a picture full of quality! Everything seems to be OK:
DOF, exposure, composition, colours, feelings...
Your 28mm lens is superb and seems to work well with K-01
(complemented by your skills).

Thank you Jouko, your comments are very flattering and very much appreciated. You are right about the Pentax-M 28mm lens - it is a great piece of glass and probably my favourite landscape lens. It doesn't get used as much as my zooms due to the convenience factor, but I always take it out with me and I'm always pleased with what it does. It suits the K-01 extremely well (as do all manual focus lenses). I can't understand why more of us don't use lenses like this - the manual focus is not any disadvantage for landscape work and they cost so little - this one was only 30 in mint condition.

Best wishes
David
