Good viewpoint. I like the mono conversion and the dramatic sky and exhaust.

I set out for Ex GWR steam loco 'Earl of Mount Edgcumbe' in the Erewash valley today but got a puncture en-route so missed it. Consolation was a First Great Western HST also on its' way to York Railfest.

Peter, sorry to hear of your misfortune, I bet you did a bit of cursing by the roadside(I would have) an HST is no substitute for steam but at least they date back to BR days!.
