Scanning with my eyes the whole lenght of this pic gives me back a lot of "impressions"...First of all I really like the perspective...Large stained glass in foreground and smaller & smaller in tha back...Almost a thriller for my eyes...Colours fill the compo and are guiding lines for this "patchwork". Really a good work....Your winning choice has been the idea behind this compo: a vertical "strong"perspective.Looking at it "enlarged"enriches my impressions above...It is almost a beautiful colured apple that you want to "eat"more and more

Guilio. I am touched by your deep observation of this photo and how it has moved your emotions. Subjects like this get all the credit for their own beauty, alas, the photographer's puzzle is presentation...what can I contribute to magnify, enhance, heighten the beauty and meaning in 2D for viewers? The strong 'vertical' perspective that you mentioned was exactly what I thought was the answer as it engulfs the scenes theme of upward movement. Thanks again, I really appreciate your thoughts! 😀
Cheers...Donna 😊

I find modern stained glass really refreshing and your treatment of this one shows it off really nicely
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

A very nice stained glass picture, as i scroll up or down with my mouse the souls appear to make their way to where the window depicts we all may travel one day
Kind regards Maria
