Tiny Bug

Photo Information
I spotted this (just) circling and twitching around on my front wall last night. Attached the tubes to the new da55-300, set it to 100mm and was gob-smacked at the result. I can't wait to get a proper macro lenny!

Thanks for the encouragement ... my macros should get better when I win your Sigma 105 on eBay tonight.

I'm looking for a macro lens too but they're so darned expensive, even old and second hand.
If you spotted that little speck it rather worries me about how you spend your Friday evenings!!

Hi Paul,
I am currently using a DA 55-300 set at 100mm with a full set of macro tubes and a 2x converter. f13 ISO 100 speed 180 and use a cheap flash. To focus I just move myself closer. I am hoping that with a proper macro lens the clarity will be better but I'm still having fun.
