None of the ones I've seen have been thus endowed!
This looks to be the same in other respects, colour, pattern, hairs, eyes, etc.
Do you think it could be a male/female thing?

Easier to look at rotated 90 left?

Edit: Thought... could it be that they're usually folded-up in front of its "face", except when actually hunting/attacking?

I need to ask an expert but I'm sure it is a male. The angle was as shot as it was on the bathroom tiles. There was a hilarious moment when he wandered over the edge of the mirror and his reflection frightened him so much he jumped off the wall, sadly not caught on camera.
