I totally agree - lovely shot Donna.
Whilst this looks typical of 'New England' it is not untypical of OLD England either ?

Thanks everyone and thank you OLD England for the migration of barn architecture to America. The red barn is an epic staple of history and has become a photo favorite of mine.

Hi Donna, I think you will find the Scandinavians responsible, their countryside is covered in timber buildings with that red coating. Lovely photo with the leaf colours.
