Great image. The quirky off square nature of the building is fascinating

So many of the canalside buildings have this level of awkwardness... it becomes the norm after a while.

Fascinating to see part of the history over the shop! I wonder what the neibouring Albert Heijn supermarket was previously? Nice one KD!

Thanks, I found Amsterdam to be a truly fascinating place. I’m planning return visit to conduct some more “serious” photography, with a shift lens for the smaller more awkward places.
