Mystic Blue Hour, Lofoten, Norway

One of the most photographed locations in Lofoten is the tiny fishing village of Hamnøy, Moskenes. In the blue hour, the chilled-lavender landscape contrasts with the warm amber rectangles of light emanating from the windows of the rorbuer. Taken with a Pentax K1 with a vintage Pentax M 20mm lens. This is one of several jaw-dropping locations we will be visiting on a future photo tour of Lofoten in 2019

Thanks, the shooting conditions were pretty though with strong wind and snow. I had intended to do a timelapse but the filter on the lens was getting too wet from the snow. Instead I managed to keep the snow off long enough to get this shot. It was also about -10c (not the coldest I have experienced in Norway which -35c in the central mountains once)
