Not quite exactly where i had intended for focus but soaked and slipping in the mud beneath the shallow dept of field proved elusive.

Thank you both, Davidwoz and Davidrob.
The focus point is as suggested fine where the leaf meets the stem being the whole point but just wishing for a fraction more of the veins leading into the leaf, probably should have went up an f-stop , thought i had when viewed in camera but the small splash of light didn't last long as more rain did fall. It also might have been focused a tad forward.

I think Go4IT, that this time the polariser should have been used and thats what i knew when viewed later on.
I don't obsess to a great degree but it was a short window of light and my lack of recent practice told me as such.
