Many thanks guys.
I wanted to create some sort of tunnel effect and exploring some of the more exotic features in PSE I found "Polar Coordinates" in the distortion menu and this started me off with this picture.
I was not completely happy with the result. I can still see the joins and some of this was caused with the difficulty of obtaining even lighting across the original shot.
