Amazingly sharp for 1/125s but Kestrels can hover and yet keep their heads almost perfectly still so that would help, even so it really is a cracking shot.

I was trying to keep the ISO low and spot focused on the head, hence the 1/125 speed. I would have preferred a bit faster.
