well this is a surprise. To be picked amongst some excellent images is an honour. I had chosen the colour version until a good friend shouted B&W! Well B&W processing eludes me so I enlisted the help of silver efex to produce this image. Along with the unexpected weekly pic and your very kind comments it shows i know little about even my own images Thank you for your time looking and comments

This is an excellent photograph. Like all great images, it has a story waiting to be told. What that story is depends on your own imagination. Well deserved POTW and congratulations.
