The Cheese Grater

by davidstorm

One of Sheffield's most iconic buildings, shot with the lowly K-01 and DA L 18-55, no filters used.

I still love the way the K-01 renders images, if only the handling and looks were better!

My kind of subject, handled well to yield eye-catching photo. Like.

What a great piece of architecture… and a fine photo to do it justice.

Lovely symmetry and a very striking image aided by that blue sky.

I keep toying with the idea of a k-01! Nice photo

Lovely pic. I'm not 100% sure but the only thing with the K-01 was the design. But with photos like this, who cares. Keep flying the flag.

Thanks for all the comments everyone. The K-01 is a great image-maker, not so hot on the design / handling front but I still enjoy using this camera.
