Life on the street

maybe seeing isn't always believing. the photo however is beautifully composed, you can see the other people in the background (tourists i would think being Venice )almost avoid such a person or were they avoiding your good self taking the photo. i think K10D had a similar post very recently and while i stated my feelings on such images k10d did go on to show some stronger images of people lost to all society. Some are true and others are organised beggars

Many times we read on newspapers of poor beggars that seem to live in poverty but have rich bank accounts or drive Ferrari....See this link of 2016 warning not to give money......

Honestly I must add that most of them are true poor peoples but it is not right to leave them alone and all local or national org do nothing to solve this matter....They're able to let them survive giving a meal twice a day.....

I rarely give to people begging where I live as most seem capable of doing some kind of work but can't be bothered, {or as you say are not genuine} but this person....... too old to work, shivering in the cold and drizzle with just that small paper cup ...........it was very sad.
