As an answer to your questions Mike, the image only had a very slight post sharpness adjustment. I only shot this with the monochrome K-3 to utilize the cameras ability to on see mono tonality. Have not tried color filters yet. My opinion of the K-3 MK III mono is that this is a fantastic piece of equipment to work with. I have been photographing for about 50 years. Started with 35mm film all the way up to medium format (Hasselblad) and 4x5 view cameras. Before digital came around I processed all of my film and prints in my darkroom (which is now closed up) Shot 95% B&W so I can "see" things in mono. I have had several photo shows in Maryland galleries and published twice. Thanks PPG for your comment too.

Lots to like, the subtle monochrome gradation looks very natural and the detail is excellent especially so for a 'modest' kit lens.
I rather like B&W images and I'm intrugued by the Monochrome K-3 iii camera so hope you don't mind a few questions:
1. Is this image SOOC or if not what post processing have you done?
2. Do you have a take on results from a Monochrome sensor camera's images versus Colour Bayer sensor camera's image converted to monochrome?
3. Have you tried using colour lens filters?
4. Have you an opinion of the camera?
5. Any other info on your experience using this camera would be great.
Oh and finally - Welcome to this forum, I'm looking forward to seeing more of your contributions.
Regards
Mike
