Sunrise

If you view it at maximum size you may just be able to make out 3 "spots" on the surface of the Sun - they are not sensor dust/spots as I have a couple more shots with the sun in a different position and they are visible in the same place. Are these actually "Sun spots" does anybody know? I'd assumed they would only be visible with specialist scopes, but maybe I've made my own little discovery

Nice picture. Beautiful colors. PS I have seen three spots (and a flat Cloud on the middle left sunside). Perhaps they are there big towns: Suncity, Sunset and Sunglasses. I'm joking, Sorry😄.

Brilliant shot, and yes the sunspots are visible as long as you can darken the surface enough!
