Departure to Ireland

One from an April visit to Manchester.

These props fly lower than the jets and carry fewer passengers...a much more pleasant way to fly short distances.

Well captured with blur in propellors.

I love traveling in these: so comfortable - even when landing at Cork in a roaring gale!
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Thanks..I do aim to blur the props as a rule.

Yes...I much prefer these to jets. Given the choice i'd happily spend an extra 25-30% of block time in them compared to the jet alternative...a B737 or A320. These popular jets are everywhere though (for a good reason most would say!)

Best Wishes to both,

Karlo

Yep, a lovely way to route through the towering cumulus!
