Dance of the insects by Lubbyman.
i bet this wasn't an easy result to get but it was certainly worth the effort. The insects must have been darting around loke mad.The diffused shapes in the background along with the colour palette make this a real eye catcher.

Lots of luck involved here - the insects were indeed darting around like mad! No chance of trying to get perfect composition and focus, so just focus at the right distance, take a lot of shots and hope. The OOF background is reeds illuminated by the low sun.
