Bridge Between in B&W

Thanks Tommyt ,so as requested B&W version
i did not see your comment in the gallery about this Photo until today (work and more work) but at least now I'm off until Monday
i edited the photo in rawtherapee and tried not to over do anything and i exported it to Preview , Apple iMac late 2013.
i usually then send it to Photos(apple) and then crop etc but this time I've uploaded the photo to here directly from Preview
i have noticed one gets two slightly different renditions from iPhotos and Preview, of the same downsized file.
anyhow, critique will be more than welcome from Pentax users

I prefer this version. BW helps to hide a few disturbing elements and bridge becomes sharp in foreground.

Tonal contrasts and the lines of the bridge make for a strong image.

it is known as Sarsfield bridge on the river Shannon flowing through Limerick city and it is tidal up to this point and about 2 miles more upstream. hence its strong build for flooding on the river combined with spring tides.
