Nice shot. I like thecomposition and the sepia like background. I like the blur effect too.

no real special lens effects - this was the end of a vintage car rally in Droitwich, Worcestershire. I caught a few shots of the cars driving rather than at rest.
he background was really poor so I used Topaz remask 3 (a great product) to mask the car, used gaussian blur on the background conveted to B/W in photoshop and then added a frame

great tilt shift effect - have to check the tool - it seems to work really acurate
