You're invited to an evening in London 19 March

It's been a while since I met some fellow Pentaxians at a great evening that Steve Jacob (aka *isteve on DPR and other forums) organised - and we thought it was about time that we did another one.

So, the suggestion is that we meet somewhere around the South Bank on Friday 19th March after work (suggest around 6:30pm, possibly 7 if people are coming from further afield?), for a bit of a wander, a spot of photography, a pint or three, and some pleasant chat amoungst friends to set up the weekend.

Hope you can join us? Give us a clue about whether you can by replying to this thread, and once we know whether the date works well for people, we'll confirm the arrangements.

Chees,

Jon

Sadly, it's too late for me and then drive back home to Gloucester. The last time I did it, I was unfit for days.

I need my beauty sleep.
Best regards

Need my beauty sleep too, but don't get it...explains quite a lot!

Little bump to make sure that others look at their diaries....

Excellent (with your name here, do we need to go to Wimbledon Common instead?!).

So three of us already, possibly four if Greytop does not have other family commitments - who else is up for a mellow evening of beer and photography?

Cheers,

Jon

If beer is involved I had better come by train...

Does that mean you can practice some beer drinking with us before you travel over to Germany?

I'm currently free that day, so may be able to attend, but working the next morning so wouldn't be able to make it a late one. I'll try to keep it free and come along.

Little bump to remind people - more details to come soon, but will definitely involve the Riverfront Bar by the BFI on the South Bank. Lots of good photo ops nearby too.

Getting closer - let me know if you are planning to join us at the Riverfront Bar on the South Bank - Friday 19 March at 6:30 - and then a bit of a stroll for some pics and beer.
