Visited Wrest Park with Richard (Rabski) yesterday.
Tried the D-FA 24-70mm on the K-1 for the first time. First impressions are pretty good,

These images sparkle - a good sign for the K-1 and this lens if they are anything to go by. Colours and sharpness are really nice.

Really great set of photos, well done. Shame the exif is hidden.

I can get the exif on Flikr now, but it isn't carrying through to this site.

Great set of images, really shows what the K-1 and the 24-70 are capable of but more so the skill of the photographer. Some excellent composition and vision.

1,12,13 are my favourites and the indoor orangery shot shows incredible detail and DR when viewed full size.

Best Wishes
Andy

Absolutely cracking images Phil.

I've downloaded a couple for a close look and the detail, dynamic range and colour depth are staggeringly good.

I'm more than happy with the K-5, but if I ever think about buying a lottery ticket, I know where the winnings would go!
K5. 35mm, 18-55mm, 50-200mm. Assorted old film stuff including a collection of early folding 120 things, and a much loved OM1 with assorted Zuiko glass.
